Prologue

Humans, the only people that rome earth (other than animals). They think their alone, just them, and only them. But, little do they really know, others have been living amongst them in hiding, living out life's like any other person would, except they have to deal with their powers from time to time. These other life forms are from the humans literary genre of fantasy. Not all of it is real, most humans made up their facts on these beings, but they are here. The beings that live amongst them are half-breeds, witches/wizards/warlocks, demons, half-demons, vampires, angels, guardians, healers, and a few others.
I’m going to tell you my story about my life, starting from when I got my powers and found out what I would be.

Chapter one

“Come on Ella! Were gonna be late for school! I’ll meet you by the door!” I grabbed my DANKIE backpack and ran down the wooden stairs. As I rounded the corner I saw Ella waiting by the door with her ‘oh so innocent’ look engraved into her face. Her wolf ears Twitched with delight as she saw me walk up to her.
“Morning sissy!” Ella ran up to me and gave me my usual morning hug.
“Dang! You beat me again! I think I have an unfair advantage since your part wolf and all.”

We both giggled at each other. I Helped her get on her pretty pink backpack in till her ears twitched again. I quickly got into ninja stance. I whispered to Ella, “where is he?” Ella pointed with her ears over to the kitchen. That place again? Usually he changes it up each morning. I quickly glided over to the kitchen and looked around. Hmm, where is he? I walked in and looked around the counter. This isn’t looking so good for me. I remembered my training, my dad all ways told me to pay attention to my surroundings. I calmed down for a minute, paying attention to every thing in the room. At that very moment I knew I was to late. A black figure jumped up from behind me and tackled me from the back, knocking me to the ground. I tried to fight back but his grip was to strong.
“Say it.” He said mysteriously.
I struggled to talk back, “never..”
The figure stood me up and tossed me across the floor.
“Come on! just say it already!”
I got to my feet and put my fists up. “No, not today.”
He grunted and stood in fighting stance. I ran up towards him and jumped, putting my right foot up into the air. As I came down he grabbed my foot lighting fast, twisting it in an angle I didn’t know was possible.
“OUCH! fine, uncle! There you win! ouch ouch! Let me go!”
His hands instantly released and let my foot taper back toward the ground.
“I told you. You don’t have a chance, so why even try?”
“Well you didn’t have to hurt me that badly! Your so mean Raim!”
My brother picked up his black backpack and shook his dark hair, letting his grayish eyes shine out though his face. For a half demon, he sure did look ‘hot’ and ‘sexy’ looking(Of course I don’t think that). All the girls in school fawn over him like he’s a god.
“Why would I go easy on you? Just because your my sister and you don’t have your powers yet, doesn't mean I’m gonna do any less damage on you.”
He walked away without waiting from my reply. Some ones in a cranky mood. I took a step forward and immediately a shock surged in my foot. Great! I’m super busy today and Raim just had to twist my angle. Gee what a jerk.
I limped out into the living room where Ella was waiting silently.
“Big brother seems to be in a bad mood sis.”
“Yeah I know, he just about tore off my foot.”
I glanced at the clock. Shoot!
“Ella we have to leave right now!”
Ella nodded and opened the door for me as we walked to our buses.
“Ella, I don’t want you to be late, so go on speedy quick to your bus, make sure you hide your ears!”
Ella nodded and left my sight within seconds. My siblings were so lucky to all ready have their powers. It still could be years before I know what I’m going to be. Ella got her powers when she was born since she’s a half-breed. All half-breeds are born with their animal genes all ready mixed in their DNA. But It looks like I could be a witch since my dad is a wizard, or a half-demon, or even a Guardian! Since my father is a wizard, I can be any one of those things(I don’t get to chose). My mother is a Half-breed with wolf genes, so that's how my sister is a half-breed. My brother got his demonic powers when he was 8 years old, same age that Ella is now. My father then decided to start training us both for our futures because we aren't like any body else.
